with me.
Amplify and listen
the chick-a-dee-dee returned to sing
for me.
Arouse and taste
how succulent, beef-dip sandwiches
sates me.
Astound and smell
the odor of a distant dairy
sickens me.
Alive and feel
how my lady-cat's soft fur
delights me.

I love the format of this piece -- how you start each stanza with the letter "A" to describe how you react to each sensory experience. Great job!
And as I type, I'm delighting in the feel of one of my girlkitties' soft fur (in this case, Dorydoo, who's lounging in my lap).
